Embark on this fully conducted tour to one of the natural wonders of the world - Niagara Falls. With a blend of contemporary man-made achievement and nature's own beauty and wonder, the region is truly a Canadian jewel.
Travelling towards Niagara, around the western perimeter of Lake Ontario, the beautiful Niagara Escarpment will slowly come into view. Its sheltering ridge is the reason for the area’s productive vineyards and fruit orchards yielding some of the world's finest wines, jams and fruit nectars.
Your tour will proceed through Niagara-on-the-Lake, a charming town considered to be one of the prettiest in Ontario. Take in the scenic Niagara parkway above the Niagara Gorge as your coach winds past luxurious country homes and vinelands. Niagara-on-the-Lake is one of the earliest British settlements in Canada. This town is lovely and it will transport visitors to a more genteel period in our history. Guests will have free time to shop and sightsee before heading for Niagara Falls.
Since the early 1820’s, millions of visitors have been attracted to Niagara Falls. The Falls are awe inspiring - even more so aboard the historical world famous Maid of the Mist. The tour will cruise right to the base of the American Falls where your group will hear the thunder on the rocks and feel a cool mist on their faces. But that’s only the beginning. The boat’s powerful engine growls as it pushes into the very basin of the magnificent Horseshoe Falls. Water rushes all around as you soak in the excitement. As for dinner, your group will enjoy a delicious buffet meal overlooking the Falls.
